This is a full renovation project designed in Setagaya, Tokyo.

We are reconfiguring the room layout and renovating it into an LDK on the second floor. All but the frame, exterior walls and roof have been dismantled, and the building has undergone seismic retrofitting and renovation.

​Coexistence with cats is one of the themes of the design, including the placement of cat litter boxes, the design of ventilation routes, and the space above the ceiling that serves as a catwalk.
